Bozdemir International applies ‘project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations from a project’. Our objective is to optimize project cost, time, and quality. For the successful execution of a project and to overcome uncertainties, below project management tools and knowledge areas are applied for each project.
Each knowledge area contains some or all of the project management processes that are: Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing. Knowledge areas are not discrete or one-time events but overlapping activities that are interactive in nature such that they maybe iterated several times and occur at varying levels of intensity across a project, within and across phases of projects, and are commensurate with the scope of the project and the value the knowledge area adds to specific project. We continue to improve our customer service by providing innovative tools to simplify and enhance the preconstruction and construction process.
